Nice staff and perfect location, but the room is small with a very small bed.

The staff are very good and very polite; the location is in the city center. The breakfast is very poor.

Everything is fine and there is parking. If you want to sleep, this isn’t the place; from 3 am the seagulls start a negotiation process—loud, constant, and never stops.
