The staff are polite and helpful, and everything seems clean. The hotel is generally gloomy, with dark alleys and corners that look a little abandoned, but overall it’s clean.

I appreciated the hotel's airport pickup service and the fact that they were willing to pack me a light breakfast for my early morning flight. The air conditioning in my room was also effective, making for a comfortable stay. However, the hotel didn't quite live up to its online photos.

This place is a gem in the heart of Dili, with a fantastic location that's close to everything you need. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is spotless. Plus, you get a free breakfast, which is a great bonus. My only gripe is that they don't have a water refill station, which can be a bit of a hassle in the hot Timor-Leste climate.

The staff at this hotel are a real credit to the place - they're polite, helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Unfortunately, things started to go downhill when I discovered that the fitness room was closed and the breakfast options were pretty limited. To make matters worse, I had a problem with the management, who initially failed to credit my visa card for a service they'd promised to provide. It took some complaining to get it sorted, which was frustrating.
