The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and it was close to everything we needed to drive to. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

There was absolutely nothing we liked about our stay. From arrival to departure, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot think of any positive aspects to mention. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We arrived very late at night, exhausted, and traveling with our young daughter, and the front desk employee who checked us in was extremely rude and unhelpful. After such a long day, the last thing we expected was to be treated this way. When we entered the room, we immediately noticed serious cleanliness issues: the bed sheets were dirty and stained, and we had to change all the bedding ourselves. Other areas were dirty, poorly organized, and clearly not properly maintained. The lack of maintenance was obvious throughout the property; several items were broken or out of service, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the elevator had parts that seemed taped together, which made us genuinely uncomfortable and concerned about safety. Breakfast was another terrible experience: the area was dirty, disorganized, poorly maintained, and looked like a complete mess. It was certainly not what we expected from a hotel carrying the Best Western Plus name. Overall, the hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and inadequately cleaned. Combined with the rude service at arrival, the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. We took photos documenting the conditions we found. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling with children.

The room was really good, with a comfy bed and excellent dining service, though the breakfast was very basic and could use some improvement; the bathtub was faulty, but the staff’s attention was incredible.
