The location is near the metro and the self‑check‑in instructions are clear. It has the main amenities like a mini fridge, kettle, wardrobe, safe, and a breakfast voucher for a pastry shop 5 minutes away. There’s a common area in the entrance hall. The bed is comfortable and the tourist tax can be paid easily via an app. The air‑conditioner sits under the room window and there are no blinds; closing the curtain to block the light also blocks the AC, which makes no sense. The shower cabin is outside the bathroom and has two narrow doors on each side. Every time someone opens the building’s main door, a sound is heard at the hallway entrance, which can disturb sleep, especially when other guests are entering at night. The window view shows other buildings.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the metro, rooms were very clean and easily accessible. The owners were very helpful. Although the building is old, it is very modernly furnished and designed. The hotel has no private parking; we had to use a paid public underground parking that costs 20 euros per day. Sound insulation between rooms is not very strong, but the interiors are modernly furnished.
