Italian: The elevator, spacious room, and free parking on site were positives. The reception attendant parked the car in front of the access stairwell, making it difficult to enter with luggage; there was no elevator that reached the garage courtyard; the access codes were clumsy; and the reception staff opened the door only after about twenty minutes of waiting.
