“今回は1人で泊まりましたが、複数人で泊まるならお値段的にもありだと思います!”
I was happy to check in early thanks to the staff’s flexibility, and the location near Seoul Station made getting around easy. The downside was that the toilet paper couldn’t be flushed and the shower would splash water onto the toilet.
“步行到首爾車站不到5分鐘,對需要早起搭車的人來說再方便不過了!空間寬敞能夠打開5人的行李箱,好可惜浴室只有一間,不然就是十全十美了~房間整理的很乾淨、入住指引很明確👍特別喜歡能丟髒毛巾的籃子和垃圾分類的區域,以及流理台面充足的照明,讓每位需”
地點離首爾車站超級近、窗外就能看到車站前的大馬路. 最多能住到6人但是只有一間浴室
“Worst accoms I ever stayed in korea over the last 9 years”
The only good thing about this place is the convenience. There's a 7 eleven and Starbucks downstairs, and walking to seoul station was really a 2-3min walk. The walk to the accoms is on flat ground, which is rare. The place was filthy as though it wasn't cleaned. The moment I went in, I spotted a drain fly on my bedding, a long strand of hair on the toilet wall, and pubic hair on the toilet floor. The room is visibly old and not well maintained. For example, there was mould around the grouting of the toilet floor, lots of drain flies in the toilet (I spotted 5 during my 1 night stay), and the toilet door was broken. The bath towels were stored behind a mirror cabinet which had lots of dust around the corners when you take a close look. That grossed me out. Seeing these within 5 minutes of stepping into the room made me extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant as I paid close to SGD200 for a one night stay for 3 people. As someone who has been travelling to korea over the last 9 years, this is the WORST accoms I have ever stayed in. To add on, the place does not provide bottled water and does not have a water dispenser. Upon requesting for water, they typed me a long message explaining this is their policy. Such a joke as I have never experienced anywhere not providing water FOC. Even cheap dormitories that charge $30/night provide a water dispenser. However, they somehow provided 2 big bottles of water the next day. From the photos, the place looked good. However it's completely impractical. The loft was tiny and you had to literally bend down to the height of a child to walk around. When climbing up and down the stairs, there's a beam right below the ceiling and if you're tall, you'll bump into it if you're not careful. The place was not well designed too. As the table and chairs are placed in front of the kitchenette, there's no space to walk and use the sink area when someone is seated there. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided looked like high end quality from the photos, but it was cheap soap which stung my skin and made it extremely dry. I don't have sensitive skin btw, so this says a lot
The place is in a great spot and we found it very quickly. Everything matched the description. The kitchen comes with cookware (no pans), a hair dryer, kettle, microwave, washing machine, vacuum, fan, and air‑conditioner. The apartment is super clean! All was perfect.
“Perfect stay for conveniency”
The location is really close to Seoul Station exit 15, just a 3‑5 minute walk. The house sits right next to Starbucks, and all the amenities are there—you can even cook your own meals. A 7‑Eleven and ATM are right beside the property. The only thing to note is that there’s no iron or hair dryer, so you might need to bring your own.
