The rooms were big and nicely decorated, and the outdoor area was relaxing, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

“We checked out first thing in the morning. We already paid in full from 2/20 to 2/24”

The hotel shouldn’t be listed for booking; it needs major cleanup and an update. The washroom is small, the sink is tiny and dirty, the room smells musty, and the pool is filthy!

“We checked out the following morning! The place is not conjusive to stay! Needs major update!”

The place desperately needs renovation—rooms are outdated and musty, there's no hot water, and the bathroom needs a major overhaul. We booked five rooms, and on the first night we already knew we couldn’t stay. The swimming pool was dirty. We checked out early the next morning and moved elsewhere. Even though the booking was non‑refundable, we expected some assistance for compensation. It’s unfortunate that the property isn’t suitable for booking at all; it requires a major clean‑up and update. The place is a dump!

“Helpful staffs are great no complaints”

The ambience is great, but major renovations are needed: the washroom and bathrooms are too small for a normal person to move around, showers are hard to operate for hot water, the small sink in the bathroom is useless, and ants were inside the bedroom.
