Very nice hotel in a great location, good quality food and very nice staff, plenty of swimming pools that aren’t overcrowded, but the water feels like crude oil. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, and the outdoor pools at the Terme hotel need renewal.

As always, the pool centre was excellent and the staff were wonderfully helpful. The only flaw was that the pancakes at breakfast were always great, but now they were dry and hard.

The food was very good! A curtain had a tear, and the bathroom door lock mechanism and lock were defective.
