The spot is convenient, and the staff were courteous and helpful, but I spotted cockroaches in both the toilet and my room, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness could use improvement.

The reception and support staff were welcoming, yet the bill should have included breakfast and dinner charges per day regardless of room type.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the food is good.

The place is well‑situated and the staff are helpful, but the bathroom and toilet are too small, comparable to Japanese budget hotels.
