The area was very quiet and the rooms were spacious with clear instructions. However, the place advertises itself as a B&B yet the breakfast only offered tea, and a separate charge was required for a proper breakfast.

The room had a terrace available for breakfast, reading, or resting, comfortable beds, clean, windows and doors with mosquito nets which is appreciated, and there was always hot water in the bathroom. The place was full of plants and trees that gave it a natural and beautiful look. We used the kitchen and shared spaces, which also proved useful for breakfast or dinner when needed. Good internet signal. The house was a few streets from the center of SMA, but walking was no problem and the area is very quiet. The owner and staff were always attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing was wrong; everything seemed fine during the stay.

The spot is perfect, not far from the center and in a great neighborhood. The room was clean, well‑equipped and very pleasant. My host was super friendly, quick to respond, and gave excellent advice. I strongly recommend it.
