This old house is unbelievably quiet, with creaky floorboards, a cuckoo clock, and a monastery table that give it character. The hosts were very personable and welcoming. We even spotted a big carp named Thomas Henry, which was a fun surprise.

The accommodation is surrounded by nature, roses and plants, and it feels completely peaceful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and breakfast outside in the idyllic garden was a treat. The homemade bread and jam were fragrant and delicious, and there were plenty of cozy spots to relax. Plus, charging your batteries was a breeze.
