The guy at reception was pleasant and answered every question, ready to help with anything. However, the cleaning staff and kitchen worker—who were the same person—treated us poorly. For all eight nights we stayed, the room was never cleaned, supplies weren’t restocked, and we had to ask the reception guy ourselves. The trash bin was never taken out until we moved it ourselves down the hall. In the kitchen, plates, bread, and cheese weren’t refilled unless we requested it, and when we asked for more cheese they refused, saying “none left.” How could that be?!
