“Overall comfortable”
The stay was comfortable, though the location was a little out of the city on a highway.
“Average Stay”
The room was spacious enough for my family, but the staff behaved unprofessionally, failed to answer questions properly, and seemed to need more hospitality training; they also insisted on an advance payment to a separate account or my booking would be cancelled.
The location and price were good, but breakfast could have been better and transport availability was limited.
“Power went at 2 am and didnt come up till 7 am.staff went home.poor customer service”
Customer service was lacking.
“New hotel in town, can improve more”
The new facilities were nice, yet the staff behaved unprofessionally, didn't answer questions properly, and seemed to need more hospitality training.
