When my room wasn’t ready at arrival, the front desk staff quickly found us another room, offered tea, coffee, and chocolate chip cookies while we waited, and the new room was very nice; my family enjoyed it, the breakfast was good, and overall there were no issues.

I love the pool area and the ground floor, but the beds are too high.

Good selection of items for breakfast. Thought the room was very good with better than usual lighting. Fitness room lacked remote for the TV and sanitizing wipes were non-existent
