I arrived with a confirmed reservation, only to be told that they couldn't honor it because they were fully booked. It was frustrating to have my reservation disregarded, and the staff seemed to be at a loss for how to handle the situation. Despite their friendly demeanor, the overall experience was marred by this mistake. I felt let down by the hotel's failure to keep my reservation.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, making a great first impression. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, and the friendly personnel were a highlight. Overall, I was pleased with the warm hospitality I received.

My stay was a mixed bag - on the one hand, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely pool and a restaurant offering a diverse range of food and drinks. The staff were also extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. However, I was kept awake by a noisy guest blasting music at an ungodly hour, and I think the hotel could do more to address such disruptions. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's many positives.
