I mixed this up with Otaku House… this one actually had a balcony. Sewage smell in the evenings was very strong in the main part.

The one‑room price is cheap (great cost performance). The bath and toilet aren’t next to each other. There’s a 24‑hour coin‑laundry on the first floor. Overall it’s clean. The shower pressure is weak—probably the weakest I’ve experienced. The location is far from the old town.

Amazing stay. A tad bit out of town but taxis are so cheap it’s no problem, and it’s nice to be away from the centre.

I didn’t expect a Ritz‑level experience, but the price reflects that, and it’s everything you need to start exploring Chiang Mai. I liked it, though one night the outside was a bit noisy from metal shutters opening and closing—just a minor annoyance.
