I’ve been there seven times, none of the rooms are proper, and the staff doesn’t bring necessary items like towels, soap, bucket, or drinking water; I didn’t like the staff.

“Bad staff and very bad hotel for stay and survive I think.”

I was disappointed by the staff’s attitude toward new guests; they seemed unwilling to accommodate me and tried to charge extra beyond the booking price after I had already paid everything.
