Easy access to the roads we needed. The blow dryer didn’t work, and the cleaning lady didn’t always show up.

We slept very comfortably and the rooms were reasonably clean. The first room we were assigned had no air‑conditioning, but the staff were very nice about it, fixed the problem quickly, and moved us to another room.

“If we had a do-over we would not have stayed here.”

The young manager who checked us in was helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean. The listing said breakfast was included…it wasn’t, so we paid for something we didn’t receive and had to spend extra money on breakfast elsewhere. When booking I explained we were coming into town for a wedding and would need a little extra time in the room so we wouldn’t be early for the event. We had to explain this to every staff member but still got locked out of the room at 11 even though everyone had said we could stay until 12:30 without an extra charge. It was frustrating that nobody seemed to communicate with one another, and it ended up costing us a lot of money to “kill time” in Magnolia when we could have just stayed a bit longer in the room.

“Decent but rooms need more attention”

I recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, but unfortunately, my room had a few issues. The sheets were stained, which was quite off-putting, and the bathtub was dirty, which made me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Despite these problems, the hotel's location was a major plus, making it easy for me to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
