“Good stay a little over priced for the quality and being a 4 star breakfast was average .”
The location was convenient for our needs and the hotel was clean and well‑decorated, not looking tired. The downside was that the room was pricey for a 4‑star property, had no windows so it felt very dark, and the mattress was very hard.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing else to add.
“Room with a view”
The breakfast was solid, but I kept having to ask for basic info about the hotel, and the view from my window was just a wall. I also ended up with the wrong bill when I checked out.
“Very dusty and below expectations”
The bed was comfy and I liked the bathroom shower. Friendly reception staff. Honestly, just OK. Room 27: Light switches were broken in the bedroom so main light couldn't turn on. One small bathroom light is broken. Whole room covered in dust. The AC is dirty and circulating dust. I got very sick in this room and felt better when I left. Coffee machine was very dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned and when I returned to the room it was still dirty. I had 1bar signal in my room, no wifi at all. No access even with the stupid useless app. I shouldn't have to download an app to use hotel wifi. I am not paying this much money to be inconvenienced. Tiny window in the corner cannot be opened for fresh air. Really awkward tv placement. Looked different from the photos. It's funny I was told this room was recently upgraded. Upgraded maybe 100 years ago sure. Felt like I was staying in a hole in a wall. This room should be changed into a storage room it is not suitable or hygienic for guests. I got really sore throat and cough staying there which immediately cleared up when I left. Too expensive and not worth it at all
