The location is very good, close to restaurants, convenience stores, Starbucks, etc. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The room is small but more than enough for sleeping, personal hygiene, and that’s it. Every day they leave a bag with fresh towels. It has everything needed for personal care. Unlike other APA hotels where you get a water bottle to refill at the hallway dispensers, here they only give you two bottles at arrival and never give more. The area is somewhat complex, seems more for adults to enjoy nightlife. Despite everything said about the area, we never felt unsafe.

The main highlight was the location right in Shinjuku. There is only one elevator and it gets crowded, which they do warn about, but it feels a bit uncomfortable.

Top location in a lively neighborhood with plenty to do! Just around the corner from Godzilla Head, supermarkets and the metro. The Indisch breakfast buffet was the main issue; a western menu is available for free. The room was a bit smaller, but that didn’t matter when you spend the whole day in the city.

The location was great – kabukicho isn’t the best place to stay, but if you decide to stay there it’s fine. The room was too small; we couldn’t even fit our luggage. Cleaning only every 3 days and some staff were rude.
