We booked a bungalow and ended up with a room on the second floor that had no lift, got charged for two nights even though we stayed less than 12 hours, and the value for money was extremely bad.

“Prima All inclusive verblijf gehad!”

The staff were super friendly and they arranged gluten‑free meals for us every time; the hotel itself was in a great spot, the beach was beautiful, there were plenty of activities, and many restaurants to choose from; towels were switched cleanly and the room had air‑conditioning; from the balcony the view was great. We had a standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom cleaning could have been better; the lift was very old; some tiles were loose around the pool; the hotel looked a bit dated; and sometimes there was a struggle for a spot at the pool or the beach.

“Piacevole”

The hotel feels luxurious, it’s spacious, and the breakfast spread is very good.

“We had a lovely time. The facilities were good staff was friendly.”

The staff were friendly and the rooms clean, but the rooms themselves could use an upgrade; the buffet food was mediocre, which is understandable with volume cooking, and the bathrooms near the restaurants were awful and needed more regular cleaning.
