Air-conditioned rooms feature double beds, free WiFi, satellite TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and some have minibars, corner bathtubs, and courtyard views. A daily buffet breakfast is served in the dining room, near Wilson Square and Saint Sernin Basilica, with nearby parking available.

The spot was fine, but the photos didn’t match reality: the first night’s room had wallpaper peeling everywhere, stained carpet and curtains, tiny pillows; after asking, the second night’s room was better and cost the same.

The breakfast was good and the atmosphere pleasant, but only French is spoken, English is hard to find, and there’s no parking even if it’s paid.

The location was cool, right in a lively, youthful neighborhood, but the large room was old‑fashioned and not very clean—carpet stained from a water damage, wallpaper torn in places, and overall we won’t return.

The balcony and bed were nice, the staff were great, and having breakfast was convenient, though it would help to have a coffee pot for self‑service instead of relying on the busy reception; when I first entered the room after check‑in, there was no duvet, so I had to go down and ask reception.
