In the “Deluxe Zimmer” we were first greeted by a huge ant mound. The room was filthy, the duvet was torn and bloody, and the pool was completely murky, so I never set a foot inside. When we pointed this out, we were told we could cancel for free and should leave immediately. We did so, then submitted a cancellation request via Booking but received no reply. We also messaged via WhatsApp and got no response. This is outright fraud.

The family running the villa were fantastic, and Gede in particular was extremely helpful, even sorting out a mix‑up with our luggage from the ferry from Bali. Nothing else to add.

Great location if your happy enough getting a scooter, staff where lovely and helpful, cleaned the rooms floor every day. Towels and bedsheets wernt changed over a 6night stay
