I’d say the location is acceptable compared to everything else. The hotel told me the booking wasn’t theirs because they had no affiliation, and they charged me 1000₹—higher than the real price—so I had no choice but to pay.

I had a terrible stay; the bedsheet was dirty and the bathroom was full of condoms. Oyo offered two schemes: one online booking that told me to wait because rooms were not available, and after two hours I was asked to book offline and cancel the online reservation, after which a room became available. Oyo feels like a nasty place that only attracts a certain crowd; I will never book through Oyo again.

They refused to let us stay at the hotel and demanded a lot of extra money. When I mentioned the amount I had already paid, they claimed the room was unavailable, which felt like fraud, harassment, and unprofessional. I will avoid booking there in the future. I was then moved to another hotel that was absolutely disgusting—no cable, no towels, no toiletries, no water, and it was dirty.

The reception didn’t confirm my reservation and charged me twice the expected price. The room looked much worse than the photos, and there was frequent noise and drunken fights at night. I was leaving at 6 a.m. with a taxi arranged to the airport, but the staff overslept. Terrible hotel.
