The staff were incredibly friendly, everything stayed spotless, the breakfast was outstanding, and the location was perfect.

“Not coming back, a chain hotel without personality. Avoid”

The rooms were clean, but the staff were blunt and not service‑oriented. We were traveling with our dog, and they basically drew a line from the entrance to the elevator where he could walk. We paid a deposit and a fee (22 euros a night) and got nothing in return. I asked for a water bowl, and I feel a hotel should clearly state whether a dog can enter the bar or restaurant or if there’s a separate eating area before you book.

“I didn’t feel welcome with someone persecuting me and telling me that I had to pay for breakfast”

The bed was very comfy and the showers were amazing. I could not reopen with my card and had to come down to reception twice before they could fix it / there was some misunderstanding with the breakfast where they gave me contradictory information and I felt a bit persecuted at breakfast time to pay for something that I didn’t need to / the coffee was mediocre
