I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the hospital, which made it very convenient for visiting a loved one who was staying there. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the rooms are windowless, which made the space feel a bit oppressive. Overall, it was a trade-off between location and room quality.

The hotel's prime location was its greatest asset, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by several issues. We were provided with only one access key, which made it inconvenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The premier room we booked was surprisingly small and came with a hefty price tag. To make matters worse, the internet connection was non-existent, and the hotel had an extremely strict policy regarding bed sheets, charging us for even the slightest stain.

I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality and expertise, which made our stay truly enjoyable. They were always willing to lend a helping hand and provided us with excellent assistance throughout our stay. However, we encountered a couple of issues that detracted from our experience. The air conditioning unit in our room was woefully inadequate for the size of the space, making the room unbearably warm and difficult to sleep in.

The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the disappointing experience we had. The shower hot water was broken, and the internet connection was abysmal. It was frustrating to deal with these basic issues, especially when we were looking forward to a relaxing stay.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that the rooms were not particularly clean or comfortable. The room issues detracted from my overall experience, but the staff's kindness helped make up for it.
