The staff were absolutely amazing—charming and dedicated to great service. We were greeted with fresh coconut water and a tasty coconut cake upon arrival, and later that night they surprised us with free ice cream. Every morning, breakfast by the pool with an ocean view felt perfect, and our room’s view was simply fabulous. The only downside was that the windy weather made the restaurant menu sparse, so we chose another spot for dinner.

We cancelled immediately—very disappointing, with a dirty surrounding that felt like a lost place. The beach was filthy, full of plastic and dogs. I’m baffled how the photos and reviews look. The staff were friendly and let us leave thanks to the “cancel anytime” option, but we’re staying away.
