Breakfast was great, everything was provided and you could make it just how you like it; the conversation around the table was amazing, the hosts were great, and meeting people from around the world was awesome.

Nice hosts and a quiet location with a great breakfast offering, but the parking was an issue.

The accommodation is in a very well‑maintained and affluent residential area, and we were greeted warmly by Sybille. However, the place looks more appealing on the many photos on the internet than in reality. During our three nights it was really bitterly cold and the only source of warmth was a heating blanket; the towels were never dry. We also felt that nothing had been invested in the property for years, and it was uncomfortable to be a guest when the door to our room was so delicate that it could be pushed open easily.

The beds are comfy and the bedding feels top‑quality, but the breakfast isn’t as great as the room selection advertises – it’s just basic, self‑serve.
