A great spot for transit via Shanghai Pudong, with all necessities provided and a convenient transfer service.
The transfer to and from the airport, a clean room, and pristine bedding were all excellent; the staff did a great job, thank you!

I never got picked up; the shuttle I ordered never arrived and there was no staff at the terminal to call one. I had to pay for an expensive taxi instead. The pickup is unreliable, so I will never book this hotel again.

I really appreciated the owners for being super efficient and dedicated; it was a relief to find separate shampoos and conditioners, which isn’t always the case. The facilities were very comfortable, but unfortunately there were no nearby restaurants, though a vending machine in the hotel was helpful for late arrivals.
