The staff were fantastic – all very smiling and helpful. The location was great for Ubud; after a full day of exploring, resting in the pool was priceless. Overall we were satisfied. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was very small and not filling.

The staff were extremely friendly and the place was beautiful; my stay in the forest villa was wonderful, though I was worried about the geckos but thankfully I only saw one. The massage experience was great, just as my wife said. The breakfast had some variety, but the Asian kitchen dishes were limited and the menu system offered only four options, which made everyone feel the restaurants in Ubud had weak choices.

The place is exceptional with a private pool, very clean and high quality; the bed is comfortable and the room is modern yet has a Balinese authenticity touch. The staff truly make the difference – the team is attentive and always smiling. Special shout‑out to Sintya and her family, it was a pleasure to meet them. No complaints.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The villa’s location is perfect for a full Ubud getaway, with a quiet setting and only the sounds of nature around, which was especially relaxing. Being able to get massages until 20 h was a real perk, and the daily delivery of four water bottles was much appreciated during our stay. The pool is gorgeous and offers true privacy, with no neighbors in sight. On the downside, cleanliness was disappointing. We requested daily housekeeping but the overall cleaning quality was unsatisfactory. We found many stains on the sheets, duvet, and mosquito net, as well as on the walls. The room’s general condition was truly lacking. In the bathroom, the shower head was heavily limescale‑covered. After a bath, the bathtub drained straight into the bathroom, causing a small flood. The air‑conditioner worked well enough, but it seemed to need maintenance; we had a hard time turning it off or adjusting settings with the remote, which was quite inconvenient. Finally, breakfast choices were limited—only three or four items were included, everything else was extra and had to be confirmed the day before.
