A nice hotel near Boise airport! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and having a kitchenette was a nice touch even though I didn't use it; I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The location was great and the room was large, but the beds weren’t made properly and almost looked slept‑in. A towel hanging in the washroom appeared used.

The hotel was solid, but the price didn’t feel justified; taxes alone pushed the total over 15%. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, and there was nothing else that bothered me.

Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean with everything we needed. Neither of us liked the sliding bathroom door; it was awkward to close without banging it.

The staff far exceeded expectations. Helpful, kind and friendly. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, it got stuck open from a loose screw and the toilet ran unless you manually lifted the handle everytime you flushed it
