Parking was modern and the room felt fresh, with warm code locks on the doors. I booked at the last minute the night before and didn’t receive any entry instructions, room number, or lock code; I eventually got in with help from the cleaning lady who was still on the premises when I arrived early. During my stay I heard other guests ring the bell repeatedly, day and night, yet no one opened the door—suggesting they also lacked door codes. The pillow was huge; if I had used it, my feet would have protruded 20 cm from the bed on the foot side. There was no place to keep a phone or alarm clock beside the bed, so I had to put them on the floor.
