One of the staff members was friendly, but we absolutely disliked this place; the photos promised a shiny, new look but the reality was the opposite—quite run‑down, dirty, and the bathroom was awful. There was no hot water for a shower either, making it one of the worst stays we had in Indonesia.

It’s decent for a few nights given the price‑quality ratio, but a minor drawback: you have to wash with cold water and the AC can’t be turned off. The room was a real fridge, so I had to wear a fleece sweater.

The staff, especially Redouane and Habi, were warm, kind, and always ready to help, and the hotel itself was comfortable; the breakfast was undoubtedly the best we had on the entire trip.
