Comfort Inn South San Jose - Morgan Hill

“Very friendly and comfortable”

The room was very comfortable, the location was quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly every single time I stayed there! The only downside was the strong cleaning products in the lobby, probably from the brand Fabulosa; it would be nice to have a cleaner sent or a milder product.

“We enjoyed our stay”

I liked how conveniently placed the hotel was for our family trip and appreciated the new upgrades. The showers felt too short for someone who is 5’3, as they seemed designed for sitting down or smaller people.

“I will be visiting the area on a regular basis. The location is good for me. Wish it was cheaper”

The pillows were not standard, and there was no decent place to put your stuff in the bathroom, like a vanity near a mirror; for the size of the bathroom, a better setup could have been arranged. Because of that, I never even took a shower. My boyfriend said the pressure was horrible.

Breakfast was good for the value; orange juice was a little watery, but the waffles were good.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I paid for a certain type of room and service, but what I received was not what was advertised. I also experienced problems with the Wi-Fi, and the room was extremely small for the amount I paid. Overall, I do not feel that the experience was worth the price. Given the occasion and the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of service and quality. Unfortunately, I feel the hotel takes advantage of guests during special occasions by charging premium prices without providing the level of service that should come with them
