I waited at the property at 9:45 pm, kept calling their phone number and knocking on the main door, but they didn’t open it. Very, very disappointed. The service was highly unprofessional and the attitude was pathetic.

Nicholas and his family were very welcoming; Nicholas, the mayor of Negombo, is a fountain of local knowledge, and the value for money was great. Nothing to add.
