I enjoyed the canopy beds and the jacuzzi among the banana trees, as well as the varied and tasty dishes at the restaurant and breakfast. The only downside was that the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned during the day and the pool water felt a bit cool for a heated pool; also water was restocked around 18 h 30.

Beautiful and quiet location, lovely spacious rooms, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Gorgeous large swimming pool. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. City centre is about 1.5 km walk from hotel, takes about 25 min but taxis & buses are plentiful. The main pool closed at 6 pm, which I think is a little early, especially when the weather is hot.

The place, the garden, the dining services – breakfast, lunch, etc. – and especially the entire staff give the hotel a soul and make it a true haven of peace where calm and serenity prevail.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options set in a gorgeous outdoor area, but the paths around the gardens were a bit uneven, which could be an issue for people with mobility problems or small kids.

The architecture and grounds of the property are stunning, yet the rooms felt a bit small for what they cost. The hotel had just finished construction, and although the rooms were nice, they weren’t as flawless as I had hoped. There was still sawdust in the closet and many ants on the floor. Not all facilities were finished, so we couldn’t use them. Even though I was told a few weeks before our arrival, it was still frustrating because this is a luxury hotel and all amenities were promised to be ready at booking.
