The hotel sits in a superb spot with city and greenery views, close to the centre and transport links. A petrol station, restaurants, and a train station are nearby. All room and bathroom amenities were present, and the shower was very nice. There’s a 24/7 lobby shop offering free drinks, snacks, small meals, and more. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth. Disabled parking bays in front of the hotel are convenient. The place was very clean overall, and room service was great. I had an unpleasant, unexpected encounter with a receptionist about laundry. No instructions were provided, so I called reception asking if I should leave the laundry in the room in the provided bag with the information sheet; they replied, “doesn’t work like that,” and that I would need to hand it in to reception. It would help to give clearer instructions or handle confusion more professionally. Though common in European hotels, I didn’t like the sliding doors because there were slight gaps on the sides, letting in light and affecting ventilation. With a room for three people, you’d expect it to be noticeable, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives.

Breakfast was tasty and the room was clean. It’s far from the centre but close to the metro. The heavy room doors clanged all morning, preventing sleep. The room was small.

The hotel is tidy with a good and extensive breakfast. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the metro stop and the central station. The air‑conditioner is somewhat noisy but cools well and doesn’t really disturb sleep.
