“Ottimo posto per famiglie con bambini, ci ritornerei assolutamente.”

The facilities were well organized, and I liked the place a lot, especially if you have kids like us. I didn't appreciate the lack of cleaning around the pool areas; it was practically nonexistent. During those days it rained mud and all the loungers were covered in dirt for all five days we stayed. Also a real pity that a place like this doesn't provide beach loungers and umbrellas. After paying the price, it seems absurd to have to pay for a beach spot. These are details that could improve the service for guests. Still, I would return because it has many other strengths, especially in its focus on children's services.

The beach market was great. The hotel rooms need renovation. Every day the food was almost the same, most of the play machines were broken except the Euro one, and the water had a terrible disinfectant taste that was noticeable even on the ice machine. It was very bad that in the all‑inclusive service we couldn't drink coffee before 7:45 because the machines were turned off.

“Excelente todo”

Everything from service to food was great, and we were delighted with this hotel; as a courtesy on the last day they let us eat and enjoy the facilities after check‑out, food was fantastic. Nothing, everything was perfect.

The proximity to the sea, many indoor common areas, a cinema TV room (for cartoons), slides, pools, many relaxing armchairs with sea view, a playground/mini golf, huge and with inflatables. The room was clean and refurnished in the morning. The resort was recently renovated. A minimarket below the hotel with laundry service, very convenient. The evening entertainment and shows were not up to par, the dances were boring, and when external performers arrived they were very good and valid. The entertainment also didn't speak Italian, not even at the mini club, and for a 5‑year‑old child, having Spanish or English was not ideal for integration, and it couldn't entertain him; he got bored coloring or playing seated games. Another sore point was the food: desserts were always the same and awful, evenings with themed food—Mexican, Japanese, Oriental, burgers—nothing exciting.
