The hotel is great, the food is tasty, the bar is nice, the activities are quite enjoyable, the view is wonderful, and the beach is amazing. They should stop using plastic straws at the beach and pool, otherwise they end up polluting the sea.
“Waste of money/very disappointing”
I can’t believe anyone would give this place a 5‑star rating; it’s more like a 3 or 4‑star. The food was just average, lukewarm and overcooked. Inside, the hotel looks terrible and dull, with only a few new chairs and a handful of pictures to pretend it’s been updated. You can see they’re cutting corners everywhere. The staff are kind enough, but they seem to be hired from other countries, like the Philippines, to save money, and they don’t look very happy. No one tries to make you feel like you’re in a luxury setting. When we asked for extra water bottles, the staff didn’t seem eager to give them. There are no drinks in the fridge either. The room layout is awful: there’s no real bathroom, just a shower area and a separate toilet with a sink in the middle of the room. I was very disappointed and had to look for positives just to avoid feeling like I’d wasted my money. I’ve stayed in many 5‑star hotels and this was by far the worst. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff, cleanliness, and pastries were good. The menu for kids was weak; children are naturally picky and didn’t eat everything, and most days the chicken was served without sauces or in a form that small kids could eat. Also, on no day did we get the chance to serve soup.
All the rooms feature gorgeous terraces that overlook the sea and a wonderful sunrise, and the food—meat, fish and pizza—was freshly prepared every day, with drinks carefully crafted throughout the day. For me it felt like a gilded cage, far too remote from the village to walk to and away from the fine‑sand beaches suitable for children.
