The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was a bit of a letdown - the carpet felt grimy underfoot, and the bed was worn out. On the plus side, the breakfast spread was decent, but it got repetitive after a few days. The heating system was a bit temperamental, but overall, it was an okay stay.
