The location was fine, but we had to swap rooms because the AC was extremely loud, the TV remote didn’t work, and a fire alarm blew at 1:45 am; the new night manager admitted she wasn’t trained on fire alarms, 911 took ages to arrive, and de‑activating the alarms dragged on.

The pool was warm and clean, but the AC was noisy and breakfast was mediocre—just toast, and the eggs were runny.

Everything was great: we arrived around 8 pm, got a clean room in minutes, the desk lady was friendly and even smiled late at night, and the next‑day breakfast was good. The only hiccup was a loose tub faucet that made it hard to use and a slow‑draining tub drain; we mentioned it at checkout, but it didn’t ruin the stay.

The room was spacious, yet only one bathroom light worked, the shower knob had to be pried to turn on the first time—about 5 minutes because we didn’t want to break it. The room temperature was off, it felt very humid, and the carpet was damp. Most USB ports were broken too. Small issues, but I’d stay again if I came back.
