“Convenient stay, but check-out policy was confusing”

The spot was perfect and super quiet, but the room worked well for what I needed. I ran into a headache about check‑out: the listing said 11:00 am–2:00 pm, so I counted on 12:30 pm for a meeting, yet the host said it was actually 11:00 am. He did let me stay in the front room to finish my meeting, but the mix‑up and feeling like I was asking for a special favor made me feel awkward. I’d recommend staying here for the location, just double‑check the exact check‑out time with the host first to avoid any last‑minute hassle.

The room was huge, open‑plan, and flooded with natural light; the bed was super comfy and everything stayed spotless. They claimed it was disabled friendly, so I messaged them about my needs and they said there was a stair lift and two rooms available, and I chose the ensuite. When I got there, the lift wasn’t even on and the chair was stuck at the top of the stairs. I tried turning it on and couldn’t find the controls to bring it down, so my daughter tried pressing buttons on the top but nothing moved or made a sound. She was in a rush, so I had to climb the stairs with my crutches, drop my stuff, and take her to her room. I emailed the agent for help, hoping the lift would work when I returned or they’d show me how, but got no reply. Two hours later, the lift still didn’t work, so I had to climb again. By 12 pm the next day, when I checked out, the lift was still useless, so I struggled up the stairs once more. If I’d known the lift was broken, I wouldn’t have taken the upstairs room, even though I said I could manage the stairs with my crutches.

“Peaceful Stay with Excellent Staff”

My stay was lovely from start to finish. The hotel was clean, tidy, and very peaceful. The staff were top-notch and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the calm environment and excellent service. I would gladly stay here again. states that each room has its own TV, which is not accurate. There is only one shared TV for all rooms. I specifically booked this hotel because it indicated that each room had a TV, so this was disappointing. Although the staff explained that it was a mistake , I believe the information should be corrected to avoid misleading future guests
