“An absolute nightmare of a hotel. Shut it down.”
There was not a single thing to like. The entire place should be shut down or sold to someone who will actually care about it and the patrons. The power went out and staff gave no compassion regarding it. Breakfast was the bare minimum: no sausage links, egg biscuits, milk cartons, fruit, or eggs. The food was nothing truly nutritious—just sugary junk—and they had you drinking hot tea/coffee out of Styrofoam cups so you could consume the toxins that leach in your drink from the Styrofoam. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned, with food stains on the nightstand. The entire hotel smelled weird. When I asked for another blanket and was told I would get one, it never came. When I went to get ice from the ice machine, sewer flies came out with the ice. The vending machines and the ice machine were only in one area on the first floor, which was not convenient at all. The vending machine hardly had anything in it anyway. The rugs in the lobby needed to be vacuumed. The paint chips in the lobby were unsightly too. The parking lot was a mess and the outside of the building looked like no one gave a damn about it. My room had the phone disconnected. All the carpet in the room was slightly sticky and so much more. The room furniture was like outdated kids Ikea furniture that was on clearance. There was no coffee maker in the room. The gym/fitness center was a joke and the pool room looked like bacteria breeds happily in there. This is the most cheap and pathetic hotel I have ever been to. The owner should be absolutely ashamed and I wish him/her hell to happily take people’s money and give them a sh*t place to stay in, likely knowing the hotel is a POS.
