The house feels charming, with a convenient spot, staff that are friendly and professional, furnishings that are comfy and spotless, and breakfast that’s freshly made and tasty; the coffee and refreshments bar is always on hand, and I have nothing to complain about.

Edwards House is a charming spot just a short stroll from Fort Collins’ historic centre, includes breakfast, and is truly a wonderful find!

This property is very charming, the location lets you walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Fort Collins, but I loved everything except that the room stayed too warm at night and there was no good way to lower the temperature; a window AC unit was very noisy, a ceiling fan seemed to run at full blast, and the heavy winter blankets made it hot at night; otherwise I loved the place and the service was great.

The location is so close to Old Town, the building is very clean and quiet, it’s a beautiful historic structure, the breakfast is lovely, and the staff are very friendly.
