The food at the restaurant was good, but I couldn't drive straight to the hotel; walking to the parking took about 15 minutes. The bathroom was built like a cat cave, cramped, with no mirror or shelf. Breakfast was really bad, worse than my own breakfast at home. The room lacked storage for clothes.

This spot only works because of its fantastic location near the sea and nature. It was basically a hotel, but it was unclean and could have been much better with a few simple fixes. Breakfast was plain, worse than what we eat at home on a typical weekday. Every day I had to ask for napkins and other forgotten items, and they barely provided what I needed. When cutlery was missing, it was hidden under benches in dirty drawers. Glass shards were on the windowsills and stairs; we were told to clean them because there were children staying that week. We asked for caviar on eggs on Monday and were promised it would arrive, but it never showed up all week. Another time we asked for tomatoes, and staff said they were only in another kitchen that they had to go to, which was inconvenient… eventually tomatoes appeared. Overall, it felt like staff were drifting around as if they were volunteers, not paid. With a bit more effort, this place could be lifted: newer signs, old items symbolizing the past limestone quarry, some plants in larger pots, a touch of color, and better cleaning would all help.

I liked that it was charming and a bit quirky. I liked the staff. I liked the homemade pastries. The beds were good. Friendly staff. Close to the water and plenty of swimming options. I didn't like having to walk 1 km to get there (they didn't tell me before I booked). That's an impractical solution. I didn't like that the bathroom for our room wasn't on the room itself but accessed via the hallway (they didn't inform us). Extremely loud between rooms. A lot of bad smell in the house that was apparently disguised, sewer/flood. Few power outlets. No fan or air conditioning, no insect netting. Hygiene could have been better, but it's hard when it's so worn out. No accommodations for disabilities. All 6–7 rooms are on the 2nd floor. No elevator. The bathroom we had was too small to move freely; if you had a bad leg you wouldn't get in or out of the shower. Limited breakfast selection, but okay. A gluten‑free guest couldn't eat from the buffet due to hygiene.

Cozy room, friendly staff, good and tasty food, quiet and calm. Nice that there were no cars; walking to the parking was fine. The coffee cups were pretty but unfortunately a bit too small for tea.
