Valentina, our host, gave very good advice. The breakfast was hearty. The establishment is close to all points of interest. I recommend it. Nothing to add.

La Terrazza is about a 12‑15 minute walk from Napoli Centrale Station. We were staying in Sorrento and took the Campania Express for a one‑night stopover. There are several good restaurants and bars within a short walk – Valentina suggested La Trattoria Fedele, just a couple of minutes away, and it was a solid choice. The B&B sits on the fifth floor; there are stairs, but the lift is much easier. It isn’t signposted from the street, but an intercom is just inside the archway; buzz them, they’ll open the metal door on the left and take the lift to the fifth. Valentina and Dario are great hosts; Valentina was a mine of information about things to do and see, plus dining recommendations. The rooms are large and comfortable, with air conditioning and a fridge stocked with Peroni, wine, and water (all very reasonably priced, too). Breakfast the next morning was truly filling, with a good selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, bread, cheese, meats, cherry tomatoes, and omelettes cooked to order. Everything was served sitting outside with views of a now‑disused 13th‑century church. Nearby sights include the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta (and numerous other churches) and the Centro Storico, including the famous Spaccanapoli street. After our meal, we had a drink at Ristorante O'Vico 1947. The atmosphere was good, sitting outside; they provided cushions to sit on the steps behind when the tables were full. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Naples and would not hesitate to stay again. Nothing was wrong; everything was fine.

We loved the clean facilities, private bedroom and bathroom, and the beautiful terrace for breakfast. The property’s location is great, just a short 10‑15 minute walk to the train station and ferry ports. Nothing to complain about.
