The place feels cozy, like visiting friends, and the value for money is solid. However, the floor, bathroom, and kitchen still need a more thorough cleaning. Breakfast is barely worth mentioning – just a capsule coffee machine and supermarket‑packed croissants set out in the kitchen for self‑service. Parking was a bit chaotic because we had to move and re‑park several times to let others in and out, but otherwise the lot works fine.

The apartment is spacious, with a large terrace and a clean, tidy bathroom. The host is very friendly. The noise is unbearable; the unit sits at the corner of two streets, so engines and cars are constantly circling, forcing us to close the terrace doors, which made it too hot inside, and so on.
