The room and balcony were very spacious, which is great when you’re traveling with two adults and a child. The hotel is unbelievably noisy: people still swim after the pool has closed at 8 pm, shouting and splashing loudly, and from the balcony you can hear people yelling until 11 pm. When I went to the reception to complain, they all looked at me oddly. We stayed awake for two hours with a 3‑year‑old because it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Whenever you ask for help with anything, the staff are extremely unfriendly, unwilling to think with you or do an extra step. The rooms are also poorly cleaned; they barely sweep, let alone vacuum. We stayed for a week and in that time they only swept and vacuumed once. The duvet had two loose sheets around it, so when you turn a bit at night you end up on the sheets with the duvet everyone is under, which was very dirty.
