The hotel is 1 km from Merano Train Station and 50 metres from the town's annual Christmas market. Free Wi-Fi and a contemporary art gallery access are provided.

The location was central, but the room was at the back of the building and had no nice view.

The place was perfectly located in the middle of Meran. The unit was very spacious with a pretty balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the linens felt especially pleasant. The bathroom was well equipped: excellent lighting, a magnifying mirror, toiletries, etc. Breakfast offered a good, high‑quality selection. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were unparalleled. The only minor issue was that the small trash bin in the bathroom didn't close automatically. In general, I don't like that modern hotels often separate the bathroom/WC with just a frosted glass swing door.

The room was lovingly decorated, stylish yet cozy, with a large bathroom, a balcony shaded by a tree, and it sat right above the pedestrian zone.

The staff were surprisingly friendly and the facilities wonderful; the location was perfect and everyone was so kind. We would have liked to stay much longer. Thank you all, we’ll come back. Nothing we didn’t like.
