Some of the staff seemed a bit off on the welcome front and could have been more attentive.
the spa was honestly the best part of the stay.
The walk to the waterfall was beautiful and really helped us unwind.
A perfect weekend escape, especially with breakfast and dinner included plus the complimentary drinks and desserts.

“Great weekend getaway with tasty meals”
A perfect weekend escape, especially with breakfast and dinner included plus the complimentary drinks and desserts. The walk to the waterfall was beautiful and really helped us unwind.
“Unique spot, great guide”
The location is truly unique and the facilities are impressive, and our guide Carlos was both enthusiastic and very clear in his explanations. Nothing else to complain about.
“Loved the place”
We absolutely loved the accommodation; it hit all the right notes for a comfortable stay. Nothing else stood out as a problem.
“Cozy and clean, but farm and service need work”
The place felt warm and spotless, and the spa was honestly the best part of the stay. Some of the staff seemed a bit off on the welcome front and could have been more attentive. The farm area looks a little neglected, the animals don’t seem very comfortable, and the wardrobe is missing hangers.
“Well‑equipped loft, but spotty internet”
Breakfast isn’t part of the package, but the on‑site café serves a solid menu and the dome loft is fully stocked for us to cook our own meals. I liked the lack of TV—it fits the nature‑immersed vibe—but when the snow kept us inside the Wi‑Fi was noticeably missing. Overall a nice, self‑catering hideaway.
